A Pop-up Museum to Celebrate 140 Years of Breitling
Discover Breitling's three universes—Air, Land, and Sea—across three immersive spaces
To celebrate Breitling’s 140-year legacy and the 25th Anniversary of Orbiter III, we created a pop-up museum in Zurich’s old town. The challenge was to honor Breitling’s craftsmanship and history while resonating with both longtime fans and a new generation, particularly Gen-Z. Our response was an immersive, three-floor experience that showcased Breitling's universes—Air, Land, and Sea—through interactive displays, rare vintage watches, and untold stories. The impact was a renewed excitement around the brand, successfully connecting Breitling’s rich heritage with a diverse audience and creating lasting impressions.
Creative Direction
In close collaboration with the Head of Creative and Creative Director, we crafted an immersive visual experience across three floors. My responsibilities included developing the overall aesthetics and visual storytelling approach, bringing Breitling’s Air, Land, and Sea universes to life while narrating the brand’s century-long history through spatial storytelling.
Storytelling
I played a key role in visually supporting the storytelling for the Breitling Pop-up Museum by designing a series of graphic visuals that brought the brand's rich history to life. Working closely with the Creative Director and 3D rendering artists, I ensured that each visual element—from iconic moments like the first Swiss watch in space to the evolution of the Chronomat bracelet—was seamlessly integrated into the spatial narrative, effectively conveying the brand’s legacy to the audience.
